We use your email to tell you about SpendScout's launch, early access and founding-member offers. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. We use the referral, campaign and plan-choice data to understand which channels and prices work, and to move referrers up the waitlist. This is in our legitimate interests.
We store waitlist contacts with our email provider, EmailOctopus, which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data.
We keep your details until you unsubscribe, or for up to 24 months after launch if you don't become a customer. Anonymous page and click records are deleted within 12 months.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@spendscout.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We store your campaign and referral details in your browser for your current visit, so we can credit whoever referred you. On our early-access pages we also store a random visitor ID and the price version you saw, so you see the same price if you come back. We set no advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising pixels later, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent first.
